Shipping policy

VOSK uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship orders out. Items are shipped from the USA. Orders placed inside the USA take 1-3 Business days to process and ship out. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-7 business days after the Holiday. If your order is placed after 2:00 P.M. EST, it will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, starting the next business day. Please consider that when selecting expedited shipping, as it may affect your expected delivery date. We cannot guarantee that shipments will be delivered on weekends.

  • Standard (5 business days): Free

  • Expedited (1–3 business days): Starting at $7.90

  • Express (1–2 business days): Starting at $19.90

Please note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

All delivery timeframes and prices are weight-based estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure the timely dispatch of all orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, including but not limited to postal services, couriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct responsibility. Tracking information will be provided where available, and customers are encouraged to follow up with the carrier for updates or inquiries regarding delivery status.

Additional information

All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not verified, you will be contacted via email to verify your address. If your address is not valid, and the package returns to us, we will ask you to pay a shipping fee to re-send the product. Please make sure your address includes your zip code and apt number if applicable. VOSK is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customers will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned. VOSK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Any applicable sales tax, use tax, customs duties, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer’s obligation to comply with local tax regulations in their state or country of residence.
